    Organizing The Capital Asset Process

    A cost benefit review of staffing and skill sets for the capital asset management process.

    Analysis Of Assets/Asset Decisions

    A review to identify asset needs in performing return analyses, forecasting EVA, standardizing the analytical process, assigning and tracing capital asset projects.

    Systems And Technologies In Asset Management

    An understanding of asset ledger, internet, intranet and project management systems.

    Systems/Equipment Effectiveness

    A review of the effectiveness of key systems in use in the newspaper industry.

    Procurement/Investment Recovery Issues

    We will look at the overall organization, obtaining quotes, maximizing investments recovery, third party support, environmental and asset disposition
