A review of the processes companies use to obtain the highest levels of performance by minimizing the work. The approach will look at relationships with operational areas and links to financial processes to streamline operations.

Using Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting To Support Strategic Objectives
A review of the ability of the system to capture data that improves both operational and marketing performance. The review will link senior management direction to budgeting, planning and forecasting results.
